Grace Cottage Hospital Radiology Department

The Diagnostic Imaging Center is staffed by skilled technologists who are invested in the community. Our first priority is patient care. We clarify any questions patients may have and will gladly schedule any pre-appointment visits to show and explain our equipment and review the procedure a patient is having. Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 6:30 pm
A technologist is on call from 6:30 pm to 7:00am to cover emergencies that arise through the Emergency Department.


All exams are interpreted by a board certified Radiologist.

• Diagnostic X-ray are a walk-in exam with an order from your physician
• Computed Tomography (CT/CAT scan) can be walk-in, or scheduled if prep is indicated, with a physician’s order. Prior Authorization may be needed for your scan if it is not urgent.
• DEXA bone density scans can be walk-in or scheduled with a physician’s order
• Ultrasound can be walk-in, or scheduled if prep is indicated, with a physician’s order

Exams are often available on the same day with a physician’s order, unless prior authorization is required by your insurance carrier.
