By making the commitment to create national databases of comparative satisfaction information, Press Ganey has enabled its clients to benchmark their results with peer organizations. These databases - the largest of their kind in the world - are powerful tools that no stand alone survey can offer.
Patients are randomly selected by Press Ganey to receive a survey. If you do receive a survey, it is very important to us that you complete and return it. Press Ganey provides a post-paid envelope with the survey.
