Thanks to the Fannie Holt Ames & Edna Louise Holt Fund administered by Fleet Bank, Grace Cottage received a new ambulance last month. The vehicle did not have an auspicious start - it arrived at Grace Cottage several hours late. It turned out that the gas gauge was stuck on "full" and the company delivering it believed that the ambulance was getting fabulous gas mileage! After a pause for "emergency" refueling along I-91 just south of the Vermont border, the ambulance arrived "home".
