The Best Hospital Food Ever

Hospitals have never been known for the quality of their food, but Grace Cottage is an exception, thanks to Executive Chef Bill Smith and his dietary staff. Patients and employees rave about the meals produced out of the hospital's very small "homey" kitchen.

When Bill Smith started working at Grace Cottage two years ago, he had already earned the title of Certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation. Within the past several months, Bill has received two additional certifications: one as a dietary manager and another as a food protection professional. Bon appetit!
