COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR –Saturday, May
17, 10 AM-2 PM
Sponsored by Grace Cottage Hospital; Location: Leland & Gray
High School, Rtes. 30 & 35, Townshend
A variety of non-profit health- & safety-related organizations
and agencies will present information about their services at this
free and informative event. Kids will enjoy touring the state fire
safety house and the scavenger hunt for information and prizes.
Parents will learn about help for many family health needs. The
DHART helicopter plans to land during the event. Raffle prizes,
free blood pressure and blood sugar tests, and healthy snacks will

Free Brown Bag Medicine
Review
Bring your prescription drugs, over-the-counter medication,
vitamins, and herbal supplements to Grace Cottage Hospital’s
dining room. A licensed pharmacist will meet with you privately
to review your medications.
Fall Prevention Clinic
Falls are not a normal part of aging, yet 1 out of every 3 adults
over the age of 65 falls each year. Fall Risk Assessments, covered
by Medicare and most insurance carriers, will be conducted by a
physical therapist and occupational therapist in the Wolff Outpatient
building at Grace Cottage Hospital on April 24, 2008. Call 802-365-3637
