Townshend

Grace Cottage Family Health has an opening for a full-time Billing Clerk in this rural health clinic. Duties include; coding encounter forms for family health and pediatric providers (includes: office visits, in-patient, nursing home, home visits and ER); charge entry to above and claim generation; account maintenance as needed (re-submitting claims, write-offs to practice manager); assisting patients with their accounts, both in person and on the phone. Duties will include detailed claims follow-up and in-house patient collection calls and letters. Previous experience in medical billing required, attention to detail a must.
