| WISHES MADE
- An IV fluid warmer is needed in the Emergency
Room for use with trauma patients, including burn
victims and pediatric emergencies, to prevent fluidinduced
hypothermia. The cost is $600.
- The cryo sprayer which was so generously donated
in response to a request made in the Fall, 2002 Cottage
Door is in constant use by the practitioners in Grace
Cottage Family Health and by the podiatrists, and a
second unit would be greatly appreciated. The sprayer
disperses liquid nitrogen to freeze pre-malignant skin
lesions so that they can be treated. The cost is $1,250.
- A morphine pump is needed to ease the pain of
those who are ill or dying. The cost is $3,060.
- The Valley Health Council needs curtains for their
four large office windows at the Kronemeyer House,
and a canister vacuum cleaner, new or used.
