 |
| Dawn Truesdell, Joan McConnel and Dr. Victor Rabinowitch

Joan McConnel is well known to many people in Townshend. A year-round resident here since 1992 when she “retired” after twenty years at Aetna Life & Casualty in Hartford, CT, Joan then worked at Mary Meyer Corporation as Director of Operations for eight years. MacArthur Foundation and, prior to that, was the Executive Director of the Office of International Affairs for the National Academy of Sciences—National Research Council. He is currently a consultant; he and his wife, Marti, divide their time between Washington, D.C. and Vermont.
