On May 22, Cecil Bills celebrated his 98th Birthday with an all-day party at Heins Home. Family, friends and neighbors turned out in force to congratulate Cecil, including Ashley Johanson, who came from Hartford, Connecticut to visit her great-great-uncle. "I knew I was great, but I didn’t know I was that great!" laughed Cecil, with Ashley, left.
