ANOTHER BABY STEP TOWARD RETIREMENT

“As of January 1, 2005, I asked CEO Al LaRochelle to appoint a new Medical Director for Grace Cottage and the Otis Health Care Center. I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve, but it is time for younger staff to step up. Dr. Timothy Shafer has agree to accept this position.

I would like to thank all of the employees here and the community for their unwavering support. I would also like to thank Mr. LaRochelle for his fairness, his fiscal discipline, his administrative vision, and for the fact that he has maintained a firm policy of placing service before dollars when it comes to patients and their care. His talent and dedication have kept us viable.”
