THE GRACE OF GIVING

Although many charities reported a decrease in endof- year donations, Grace Cottage Hospital was not among this group, thanks to you. Between October and January, 506 families and individuals sent end-ofyear contributions to Grace Cottage totaling $157,715. Your generosity ensures that Grace Cottage is here for you, your family, friends and neighbors.

During the holidays, many people remembered deceased family members and friends with Memorial Gifts. When a Memorial Gift is received, relatives are notified of the donation, but the amount given is never revealed.

Commemorative Gifts honor the living, and may be in lieu of an anniversary, wedding, birthday, or holiday gift. Again, people being honored is notified, and their names are included in Cottage Door, but the amount given is strictly confidential.
