WISHES MADE...
  • Laryngoscope Kit: The ambulance personnel are in need of this equipment for patients who are not breathing, to quickly open airwaves. The cost is $300.

  • Traveling Ultrasound: The Occupational and Physicial Therapists are traveling to remote locations, and they need a portable ultrasound - the one in their offices is not made to travel with them. The cost is $1,725.

  • IV Poles: Grace Cottage's physicians and nurses have more IV pumps than poles. The poles are $100 each.

  • "Center-Stage" Volunteers: Front desk receptionist/telephone volunteers are greatly needed and appreciated. It's a fascinating, challenging job, located at the nurses' station, the "nerve center" of Grace Cottage. Late afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
Call Grace Cottage Foundation at (802) 365-9109 for more information about any of the Wishes Made, or others.

  • Ambulance Volunteers: Bock EMS Training Center Director Mike Murrow is conducting First Responder and EMS Training Classes on an ongoing basis, throughout the year. There is no charge for any class. Call Mike at (802) 365-7920 x 121 for more information. Ambulance drivers (who do not need EMS Training) are also needed.
