Grace Cottage Hospital coverlet at Malvern Cottage Hospital in England

A recent e-mail has revealed that one of Grace Cottage Hospital's coverlets has somehow travelled over 3,400 miles, "across the pond," as explained by Dawn Burton, of Malvern, England. Dawn found Grace Cottage by searching the Internet and she sent this e-mail and photo:
"My mother, Mavis Dennis, who is 101, and is in an English cottage hospital at the moment, has on her bed a coverlet that has a picture of your hospital on it. She doesn't remember how she came by the blanket, but she's had it for a number of years. Mum has never travelled to America, so it is very strange how one of your blankets ended up here, don't you think?" We agree - can anyone help solve this mystery?
