Dr. Edward Elliott Joins Board

Dr. Edward F. Elliott, Jr. has joined the Board of the Otis Health Care Center. A partner in Radiology Associates at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Elliott is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He and his wife, Kathy, live in Brattleboro; they have four daughters.

Neil Pelsue and Greg Record, both of Newfane, have retired from the Otis Health Care Center Board. Pelsue served on the board for 10 years, and Record for nine. The tremendous time, effort and expertise that both men gave to Grace Cottage is greatly appreciated.
