David Parmelee Joins Foundation Board

David Parmelee of West Hartford, CT, and Grafton, VT, has joined the Grace Cottage Foundation Board. A Vice President at Trust Company of Connecticut since 1998, Parmelee was formerly at Fleet National Bank and, for 22 years prior, at The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company.

Parmelee has a BA from Bates College in Maine and an MBA from Boston University. He is on the Board of Bates College, The Jacob & Lewis Fox Foundation, the Howard & Bush Foundation, and the H.A.Vance Foundation. David and his wife, Arlene, who is the Director of Assisted Living at Duncaster in Bloomfield, CT, have three daughters and two grandchildren (their daughter Sarah, a family nurse practitioner, has just left Grace Cottage Family Health after three years to work at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Transplant Surgery).

“Grace Cottage provides high quality service to the area, which is why I’m pleased to be a member of the Foundation Board,” Parmelee said.
