To become the health care resource of choice for patients,
employees, the community and beyond, by providing compassionate
care with excellence.
Grace Cottage has started to follow a new model of excellence
in health care which is currently in place at 400 hospitals
nationwide. Created by Quint Studer, this model is based on
five Pillars of Excellence: Quality, People, Service, Finance,
and Growth.

what customers want and give it to them. It's that simple,"
says Studer in his book Hardwiring Excellence.
"Grace Cottage has always listened to those we serve,"
