Valley Care Update

LATE BREAKING NEWS! A groundbreaking cer-emony for the Valley Cares project will be held on Friday, October 20, with construction projected to start on Monday, October 23rd.

The project, which includes 24 independent living and 28 assisted living units, will be located 1500’ from Grace Cottage Hospital, on Route 35 in Townshend.

“There were unexpected delays in the process which are causing us to begin construction later in the building season than we’d anticipated, but we’ve decided to get started now, rather than waiting until spring,” said John Nopper, President of the Valley Cares Board. “If all goes well, people will be able to move in during the fall of 2007.”
